Privacy & preferences

Your details, kept simple.

This page explains what Bard Construction collects through bardconstruction.com, why, and the choices you have. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number and anything else you choose to share, such as your project type, who referred you, your ZIP code, timing and a note about your idea. When you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address. Each form also records the page you sent it from, how you found the site (for example a QR code or Instagram), your IP address and your browser type, which helps us spot spam.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to contact you about your project. Your phone number is for that conversation only. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for the newsletter or for marketing texts. A newsletter signup is a separate request, and you can unsubscribe anytime. We don’t sell your information.

Who helps us

Inquiries and newsletter signups are stored in Bard’s Google Workspace account. New inquiries are emailed to Bard’s team through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel. These providers handle your details only to provide their services to Bard.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are visited and what kind of device is used. It uses cookies and does not receive your name, email, phone number or message. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on. After you send an inquiry, a short-lived essential cookie lets you add optional project details. It expires after two hours. Your browser’s session storage remembers how you arrived until you close the tab.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the details you’ve sent us, or to stop hearing from us, email robert@bardconstruction.com or call (512) 553-6503. We keep inquiry details only as long as we need them to talk about and deliver your project, or as required for our business records.
